The Ho Chi Minh City Administrative Service Center will officially commence operations on December 31, 2025, at 43 Nguyen Van Ba, Thu Duc Ward. It will serve as the central hub for receiving and processing administrative procedures from various departments, including the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Agency (BHXH TPHCM).
BHXH TPHCM Ready for Operation
According to Mr. Le Huy Hoang, Head of the BHXH TPHCM Office, the agency has fully prepared its workforce, equipment, and technological infrastructure to participate in the Center’s operations starting January 1, 2026. The information technology system, network, and business software have been integrated. Staff from the One-Stop Department assigned to work directly at the Center during the initial phase have been arranged to ensure seamless and secure processing of applications.

25 Social Insurance Procedures Centralized
At the Center, BHXH TPHCM will handle 25 administrative procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Once received, applications will be forwarded to BHXH TPHCM or local social insurance offices for processing based on their jurisdiction.
Results will be delivered according to the applicant’s chosen method: either directly at the Administrative Service Center or via public postal service to the individual or organization’s address.

Note: For applications involving adjustments to individual data during active social insurance, health insurance, or unemployment insurance contributions, submissions must be made through the employer or the directly managing social insurance office.
