On December 25, 2025, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (TTC IZ) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Social Housing Project within the Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area (TTC Residential Area) in Trang Bang Ward, Tay Ninh Province.

The project is developed on a 3.9-hectare high-rise social housing land fund, comprising 4 buildings, each 15 stories tall, with a total of 1,130 apartments. Construction is set on a 2.5-hectare planned land area, with a total built-up floor area of 80,000 m².
