Vinpearl Joint Stock Company has recently submitted an official dispatch to the State Securities Commission regarding the dismissal of Mr. Dang Thanh Thuy from his positions as CEO and Legal Representative.

Born on May 22, 1969, Mr. Thuy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. From 2004 to 2011, he served as Deputy CEO in charge of Project Development at Vinpearl Tourism and Trade Joint Stock Company. In 2008, he became a member of Vinpearl’s Board of Directors.

Between 2016 and 2019, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Nha Trang Port Joint Stock Company. In 2024, he was appointed as CEO of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.

Vinpearl officially listed its shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) on May 13, becoming the latest addition to the exchange. This move makes Vinpearl the fourth entity within the Vingroup ecosystem to trade on HoSE, alongside Vingroup (VIC), Vinhomes (VHM), and Vincom Retail (VRE).

As of now, Vinpearl owns five subsidiaries: Phuc An Tourism Investment and Development Company; VinWonders Nha Trang; Landmark 81 Hotel Investment and Development Company; Thanh Hoa Hotel Investment and Development Company; and Vinpearl Cua Hoi.

According to the Q3/2025 financial report, the company recorded net revenue from core business activities of VND 3,094 billion, a 28% increase compared to the same period last year. Gross profit from this segment reached VND 819 billion, over seven times higher than the same period in 2024. As a result, Vinpearl reported an after-tax profit of VND 169 billion in Q3/2025.

For the first nine months of 2025, Vinpearl’s total operating revenue reached approximately VND 12,700 billion. Net revenue from hotel services across the entire system—including properties directly owned by Vinpearl and managed hotels—was around VND 8,100 billion, a 27% increase year-on-year. After-tax profit during this period exceeded VND 428 billion.

Operating in the hospitality and leisure sector, Vinpearl currently manages a network of 51 properties across 18 provinces and cities nationwide. Its core focus is on 31 hotels and resorts with over 16,000 rooms, alongside a diverse ecosystem that includes theme parks, entertainment areas, golf courses, and a culinary service chain.
