The FLC Tropical City Ha Long social housing project (commercially known as GreenLife Apartment), located in Cao Xanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province, recently completed its topping-out ceremony in mid-December 2025 and obtained the necessary sales eligibility certification on December 25, 2025.

According to the plan, the developer will accept purchase applications from January 28 to February 28, 2026, with apartment handovers expected in Q3 2026.

Details regarding eligibility criteria, target buyers, approval processes, and required documents will be publicly disclosed in compliance with current regulations, ensuring transparency and accessibility for those in genuine need of housing.

The project offers over 750 units in three sizes: 35 sqm, 45 sqm, and 57 sqm. The average expected price is approximately VND 19 million per sqm; the official price will be determined and announced by the competent state authority in accordance with social housing regulations.

Alongside GreenLife Apartment, FLC Group has recently shown signs of recovery as several key projects have resumed progress after a period of stagnation.

Most recently, in mid-December, the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee approved adjusted investment policies and permitted FLC Group JSC to continue as the investor for the FLC Hilltop Gia Lai project, with a total investment of approximately VND 760 billion, located in the center of Pleiku City. The project, which began in 2019, had been stalled due to legal complications.

Also in Gia Lai, the Dak Doa Golf Course project, with a total investment of over VND 1.150 billion, has been reactivated. Despite receiving government approval and breaking ground in 2021, the project was halted for an extended period before local authorities required FLC to enhance pine forest protection and prepare a continuation plan.

In Hanoi, Hausman Premium Residences within the FLC Premier Parc urban area (Dai Mo) has drawn attention for its accelerated construction, nearly a year ahead of schedule, with handovers expected in June 2026.

Additionally, the 433-room FLC Quang Binh Hotel & Villas is being expedited for a 2026 opening.
