At the Vietnam Sustainable Construction Forum (VSCF 2025), L’MAK was honored as a pioneering enterprise in promoting green building development, recognizing its commitment to investing and operating according to international standards.

VSCF 2025 brought together over 500 delegates, including representatives from regulatory bodies, international organizations, experts, and businesses in the construction and real estate sectors. The forum focused on solutions to drive the green transition in Vietnam’s construction industry, aligning with the Net Zero 2050 goal.

During the event, L’MAK The Signature project was recognized among the outstanding constructions for achieving the LEED Platinum certification—the highest level of the LEED green building rating system awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This certification comprehensively evaluates energy efficiency, resource management, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable operational capabilities.

L’MAK’s leadership, Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Nam – CEO and Sole Founder, attended the event.

L’MAK specializes in investing, developing, and operating high-quality office buildings for lease in Ho Chi Minh City. Instead of rapid expansion, the company adopts a selective investment strategy, prioritizing assets with long-term value and optimized operational costs.

According to analysts, LEED Platinum-certified buildings typically have lower operating costs, stable occupancy rates, and better long-term rental price retention. These factors are crucial in enhancing asset value and minimizing risks for investors in an increasingly segmented real estate market.
