Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh stated that 2,991 projects nationwide face difficulties. Of these, 326 projects were proposed by ministries and localities for Resolution 170/2024/QH15 application. However, upon review, 256 projects already have audit conclusions or court rulings qualifying them for special policies akin to Resolution 170/2024/QH15.

Furthermore, 898 projects are under specialized inspection by the Government Inspectorate and local authorities. Post-inspection, solutions applied to similar projects will be considered for these cases.

Additionally, 18 projects require National Assembly consultation due to land law issues, while 615 projects necessitate government policy refinement for resolution issuance. The government will direct ministries, sectors, and localities to review and decisively address 1,057 projects within their jurisdiction. Notably, 77 projects have been successfully resolved by ministries and localities, eliminating all obstacles.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized that these projects will be progressively unblocked, enhancing market supply and unlocking development resources in the coming period.
