During the conference, the Organizing Committee announced several decisions made by the VNX Board of Directors on December 29, 2025. These included the appointment of Mr. Trịnh Sơn Hồng, Deputy Head of the Market Surveillance Department at the State Securities Commission (SSC), as the Acting Chairman of HOSE; the appointment of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Việt Hà, Acting Chairman of HOSE, as the General Director of HOSE; the appointment of Ms. Trần Anh Đào, Deputy General Director in charge of the HOSE Executive Board, as the Head of the HOSE Supervisory Board; and the appointment of Mr. Đậu Khắc Trình, Head of the HOSE Supervisory Board, as the HOSE Controller. These decisions will take effect from January 1, 2026.
