On December 25th, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province held a conference to summarize the 90-Day Campaign for Enriching and Cleaning Land Data Databases.
Dong Nai’s land database, initiated in 2000, has shown promising initial results. The 90-Day Campaign further intensified efforts to review, clean, and refine land data. Despite the short timeframe and extensive workload, Dong Nai achieved remarkable outcomes.

Specifically, the province reviewed its entire operational land database, encompassing over 2.7 million land plots, with nearly 1.9 million already certified. Of these, approximately 1.8 million certified plots have been refined to meet the “accurate, complete, clean, and live” criteria, achieving nearly 95% synchronization with the National Land Database (VNLIS).
Dong Nai also completed the creation of unique identifiers for 100% of the land plots in the database and added over 26,000 certified but previously unrecorded plots. These achievements position Dong Nai as the national leader in the number of cleaned and synchronized land plots in the National Database.
The land database serves as a critical foundation for administrative reforms, state land management, and related fields such as residency and construction. It plays a vital role in decision-making and strategic policy formulation.
“The 90-Day Campaign marks a significant shift from manual to modern, transparent management. Building on this momentum, Dong Nai is committed to maintaining its ‘accurate, complete, clean, and live’ land database, contributing to the National Land Database and advancing digital government, economy, and society,” emphasized Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Hoang.
