According to the business registration update on January 6, 2025, Galaxy Digital Holdings LLC (Galaxy Holdings) has significantly increased its charter capital from 500 billion VND to 1.345 trillion VND.
The entire capital increase was contributed in cash by private investors. Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc (born in 1969, American nationality), the company’s CEO, is authorized to represent the contributed capital.
Established in August 2021 with an initial charter capital of 500 billion VND, Galaxy Holdings was initially chaired and managed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao. The company is owned by Sovico Group.
By 2025, the ownership structure of Galaxy Holdings shifted to Milky Way Investment LLC, wholly owned by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hung Anh Victor.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hung Anh Victor is the eldest son of billionaire Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hung Anh Victor, the eldest son of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (Chairwoman of Vietjet Air), is also the founder of Swift247, a multi-modal logistics technology platform licensed for air freight transportation.
Galaxy Holdings, part of Sovico Group’s ecosystem, is a digital technology conglomerate. Its subsidiaries operate in finance, technology, and artificial intelligence, including Galaxy Pay (fintech, e-wallet), Galaxy Technology (digital solutions), Galaxy Joy (airline rewards platform), Galaxy One (infrastructure services), FinOS (digital finance), and Galaxy Connect, Galaxy Telecom, and Galaxy FinX.
Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc, CEO of Galaxy Holdings, also serves as Chairman of HD Crypto Asset Exchange (HDEX). In September 2025, a Galaxy Holdings subsidiary co-founded HDEX.
HDEX launched with a charter capital of 200 billion VND. HD Securities (affiliated with HDBank) contributed 30 billion VND (15%), Galaxy Pay contributed 20 billion VND (10%), and Galaxy Technology Services contributed 150 billion VND (75%).
By December 2025, HDEX increased its charter capital to 300 billion VND. The updated shareholder structure remains undisclosed.
