According to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company (Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism) has announced the results of its early bond repurchase.

Specifically, on December 26, 2025, Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism repurchased the entire VND 1,607 billion worth of SLTCH2328001 bonds, thereby fully settling this bond tranche.

Previously, on October 28, 2025, the company and investors representing 100% of the bondholders signed the third agreement to extend the payment deadline for the second installment of the SLTCH2328001 bond tranche.

The interest payment for the second installment was rescheduled for December 30, 2025, with no additional payments beyond the bond interest.

The SLTCH2328001 bond tranche was issued in December 2023, with a face value of VND 1,607 billion, an interest rate of 12% per annum, and a 5-year term. The bondholder is PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Company. This is the only bond tranche currently outstanding for Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism.

Established in 2005, Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism primarily operates in the hotel, guesthouse, and resort services sector. The company is the developer of the Saigon – Da Lat Tourism and Entertainment Resort project, spanning 153 hectares.

As per the registration changes in September 2018, the company’s charter capital was VND 200 billion, with the shareholder structure comprising: Saigon Investment Joint Stock Company (40%), Ms. Le Thi Anh (40%), and Mr. Dang Thanh Tam (20%).

Mr. Dang Thanh Tam is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac Urban Development Joint Stock Corporation (Stock Code: KBC) and Saigon Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company (Saigontel, Stock Code: SGT).

After several adjustments, by December 2023, the charter capital of Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism had increased to VND 620 billion. At this time, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ky Lan replaced Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong as the General Director and legal representative of the company.

Ms. Nguyen Cam Phuong serves as a Board Member and General Director of Saigontel, where Mr. Dang Thanh Tam is the Chairman of the Board. Saigontel’s 2025 semi-annual governance report indicates that as of June 30, 2025, Ms. Cam Phuong remains a Board Member of Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism.

Regarding business performance, the company’s 2025 semi-annual financial report reveals that as of June 30, 2025, shareholders’ equity had plummeted to nearly VND 99 billion, compared to over VND 534 billion in the same period the previous year.

In the first half of 2025, Saigon – Lam Dong Investment and Tourism reported a net loss of over VND 142 billion, compared to a net loss of over VND 8 billion in the same period in 2024. Persistent losses have led to accumulated losses of nearly VND 537 billion as of June 30, 2025.

Total liabilities stand at VND 2,769 billion, 28.02 times the shareholders’ equity. Long-term debt accounts for the majority, at nearly VND 2,418 billion, including VND 1,606 billion in long-term loans and finance leases from the SLTCH2328001 bond tranche mentioned earlier, and VND 399 billion in deferred income tax liabilities.

Additionally, the company has short-term liabilities of nearly VND 351 billion, primarily consisting of short-term payables (nearly VND 296 billion).
