The selection targets students in Economics and Information Technology nationwide. The evaluation process remains transparent and professional, comprising two rounds. In the “Review” round, students submit their applications online at sacombankcareer.com, including a registration form, an essay on “Your Dreams and Journey of Conquest,” and a self-introduction video. Selected candidates advance to the “Conquest” round, where they present themselves before a panel at regional offices in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho. The panel will choose outstanding candidates based on character, academic performance, soft skills, and development potential to receive full scholarships. Notably, the most exceptional candidate will be awarded the Gold Scholarship.
Successful applicants will engage in skill-building activities, practical banking experiences, community programs, and gain exposure to Sacombank’s professional environment. The scholarship ceremony is scheduled for March 2026.
