Newhaus Investment and Development JSC was awarded the contract for both zones. Established in November 2020, the company is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the master plan, the Khuon Than Eco-Tourism and Sports Urban Area in Kien Lao Commune is divided into four main zones.
Zone A: An eco-urban and resort area spanning nearly 230 hectares, with a population capacity of over 5,200 residents and a total investment of approximately VND 7,476 billion. This zone will include reception areas, parking lots, low-rise residential buildings, and lakeside tourism services.
Zone B: An eco-urban area combined with sports facilities, covering over 286 hectares with a total investment of around VND 8,540 billion. It will serve as a premium resort destination, featuring public service facilities and a central sports complex.
Zone C: Designated for a thematic park and eco-residential area of nearly 290 hectares, catering to outdoor tourism and recreational activities.
Zone D: A commercial service center spanning approximately 67 hectares, envisioned as a central service hub with conference spaces, entertainment areas, and event venues.
The goal of the Khuon Than Eco-Tourism and Sports Urban Area Master Plan in Kien Lao Commune is to establish a new, civilized, modern, eco-friendly, and smart urban area. This initiative aims to contribute to the development of a synchronized urban infrastructure system for Bac Ninh Province, meeting the demands of socio-economic growth.
