The Bien Hoa City Center Axis Road Construction Project, spanning from Vo Thi Sau to Dang Van Tron (including Thong Nhat Bridge and its connecting roads), boasts a total investment of over 1.5 trillion VND. Scheduled for completion between 2020 and 2025, this project is managed by the Dong Nai Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, utilizing the provincial budget.

The Bien Hoa City Center Axis Road stretches over 5.4 km, divided into two branches. Branch 1, depicted here, starts at Vo Thi Sau Street and ends at Dang Van Tron Street (at the An Hao Bridge intersection), covering more than 3.7 km.

The Thong Nhat Bridge, adjacent to Vo Thi Sau Street, is nearing completion. This critical component of the Bien Hoa City Center Axis Road spans the Cai River, connecting the central urban area with Cu Lao Hiep Hoa.

Branch 2 extends from the roundabout of Branch 1 (Hiep Hoa Ward) to Dang Van Tron Street, spanning over 1.7 km with a road width of 47 meters.

The entire project has entered the final construction phase. On-site, multiple work teams are simultaneously completing each component according to design specifications, ensuring both progress and quality.

Dong Nai provincial leaders have set a goal to open the road before the 2026 Lunar New Year. The project management board is urging contractors to intensify efforts, working “three shifts, four teams,” day and night, to meet this deadline.

Workers are operating in three shifts, four teams to meet the tight schedule.

Machinery and manpower are maximized to ensure the road opens before the Lunar New Year.

Numerous machines are deployed for road compaction, preparing for asphalt paving.

Several road sections have been completed.

Upon completion, the Bien Hoa City Center Axis Road will not only alleviate urban traffic congestion but also serve as a strategic connector, fostering new development opportunities for riverside areas. It will significantly enhance investment attraction, improve residents’ quality of life, and contribute to the emergence of a modern, civilized, and sustainable Bien Hoa city.
