Residents of Đức Khải Apartment Complex report delays in the issuance of pink books by the developer.
Among the issues raised, voters expressed concerns regarding the issuance of property ownership certificates (pink books) for residents of Đức Khải Apartment Complex (The Era Town project) in Tân Mỹ Ward.
In response, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City stated that the Department of Construction is collaborating with the Department of Finance to determine the investment value of infrastructure for 470 apartments in Block B4 and other facilities handed over to the state for management. This value will be deducted from the project’s financial obligations.
Once the developer fulfills its financial obligations, it will submit the application files for pink books to the Department of Agriculture and Environment on behalf of the residents.
Based on this, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will instruct the City Land Registration Office to issue pink books to homebuyers at the project. The process is expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year.
Additionally, voters requested an investigation into the responsibilities of Victory Group Joint Stock Company (the developer) for failing to process pink book issuance for residents of Victory Tower Apartment Complex in Tân Mỹ Ward.
The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City noted that the Department of Agriculture and Environment is reviewing and addressing citizen complaints, with results to be reported to the People’s Committee in accordance with regulations. This process is also expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year.
