Notably, Highlands Coffee and Wincommerce stand out as key partners.
As of June 30, 2025, the short-term receivables from the branch of Highlands Coffee (operated by Cao Nguyen Coffee Services Joint Stock Company) were recorded at over 3.06 billion VND. Highlands Coffee is Vietnam’s largest coffee chain, with hundreds of stores nationwide.

In addition to Highlands Coffee, Wincommerce, the owner and operator of the WinMart and WinMart+ retail chains, is also a significant client of Halong Canned Food. As of June 30, 2025, the receivables from Wincommerce exceeded 7.07 billion VND, with a provision of over 253 million VND set aside.
Previously, the Hai Phong Police discovered over 120 tons of pork contaminated with swine fever in the warehouses of Halong Canned Food Joint Stock Company. Authorities found large quantities of pork that had spoiled, leaked fluids, and emitted a foul odor, failing to meet any food safety or hygiene standards.
Alarmingly, approximately 2 tons of this contaminated pork had been processed into canned meat, posing a significant health risk to consumers if released into the market. The Hai Phong Police, in collaboration with relevant agencies, sealed the warehouse, collected samples for testing, and disposed of all 120 tons of infected pork.
According to the company’s website, Halong Canned Food is also a partner of several major supermarkets, including Go, Saigon Co.op, Mega Market, and Lotte Mart, and maintains a presence on leading Vietnamese e-commerce platforms. However, following the incident, many supermarkets and e-commerce platforms have removed Halong Canned Food products from their shelves.
