Masterise Launches Massive-Scale Airline, Appoints CEO with Ties to Gelex Ecosystem

After being appointed as the lead investor for Gia Binh Airport, Masterise Group established Masterise Airport Company Limited with a chartered capital of VND 29,300 billion.

According to the National Business Registration Portal, Masterise Group established Masterise Aviation Infrastructure LLC on August 29, 2025. The company is headquartered in Bac Giang Ward, Bac Ninh Province, with a registered capital of VND 29.3 trillion.

The new company will operate across 61 industries, primarily focusing on providing direct support services for air transportation.

It is highly likely that this company was established to develop the Gia Binh International Airport project, with an investment capital of up to VND 196 trillion. The airport, located in Bac Ninh Province, will be built to international 4F standards, aiming to serve 30 million passengers by 2030 and 50 million by 2050. The project is expected to boost economic growth in the eastern part of Hanoi and meet the air transportation demands of the Northern region.

Experienced CEO with aviation and Gelex ecosystem ties

At Masterise Aviation Infrastructure, the position of CEO and legal representative has been entrusted to Mr. Vu Hoang Long, an expert with extensive experience in aviation and infrastructure.

Mr. Vu Hoang Long (born in 1982) holds a Master of Science from the University of Central Lancashire (UK) and an MBA from North Central University (USA).

With over 17 years of experience, Mr. Long has held various management positions at major companies such as Vietnam Construction and Consulting Corporation (Vinacico), TRICO, and the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC).

In the aviation sector, he has served as a board member at Tan Son Nhat Airport Services JSC (SASCO) and Cam Ranh International Terminal JSC (CRTC), both part of the IPP ecosystem led by Johnathan Hanh Nguyen.

Notably, Mr. Vu Hoang Long is also the CEO and legal representative of Long Son Petroleum Industrial Zone Investment JSC (Long Son PIC), a subsidiary of Gelex Group.

Masterise Group, founded in 2007, is headquartered in Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi. Currently, Mr. Ho Anh Minh (born in 1995) serves as the Group’s CEO.

Mr. Ho Anh Minh is the son of Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of Techcombank (HOSE: TCB) and a founding shareholder of 1Matrix Corporation.
