Demonstrating Capability Through Real Construction Progress
Since July 2025, the construction progress of La Pura has significantly accelerated. Currently, in the Zenia subdivision, Tower B3 has reached the 21st floor, and Tower B4 has reached the 24th floor. In the Risa subdivision, Tower A3 is on the 19th floor, and Tower A4 is on the 18th floor. Simultaneously, the project is intensifying the completion of structural and electrical works within the buildings.

According to representatives from Phat Dat, adhering to the committed timeline is a key criterion that underscores the developer’s reputation and execution capability. As of now, over 700 workers and engineers are on-site daily, working in multiple shifts around the clock to ensure the project’s handover between 2027 and 2028.

On-site observations reveal that the four frontage towers are also gathering construction materials, preparing for the launch in Q1/2026. This indicates that the project is not only focused on the current towers but is also gearing up for subsequent phases, ensuring the continuity of the entire urban development.
Enhanced Appeal from Accelerated Key Infrastructure
Alongside its construction progress, La Pura stands out as one of the rare projects in the Northeast core of Ho Chi Minh City benefiting from a superior “collection” of key infrastructure that has been, is being, and will be prioritized.
First, La Pura boasts a 300-meter frontage along National Highway 13, a vital artery connecting the Northeast to the city center. The segment of National Highway 13 directly in front of the project is being expanded to 8 lanes, combined with the 6km stretch from Binh Trieu Bridge to Vinh Binh Bridge set to commence in 2026. This dual advantage not only enhances connectivity but also increases the project’s value. Upon the full completion of National Highway 13 in 2028 (coinciding with La Pura’s handover), residents will enjoy a 15-minute commute to Hang Xanh Intersection and a 30-minute drive to Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Second, the recently released land-use plan for Lai Thieu and Binh Hoa wards clearly indicates that Station C9 of Metro Line 2 (Thu Dau Mot – Ho Chi Minh City) is located in front of La Pura. This metro line runs along National Highway 13, capable of transporting 30,000 to 40,000 passengers per direction per hour, providing seamless connectivity to the city center and other urban areas along the route.
Examining the route map and regional planning, La Pura’s advantage mirrors that of the all-in-one project in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, which fronts Hanoi Highway and has the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Metro station nearby. After the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Metro began operations, property values along the route increased by 1.5 to 2.5 times within a year, with the all-in-one project seeing a 3 to 4-fold increase compared to its launch price.
Third, La Pura’s investment appeal is further bolstered by regional infrastructure momentum, notably the Ring Road 3, which opened for technical traffic on December 19th. According to the Prime Minister’s latest directive, all projects must finalize their last components and achieve technical traffic opening by December 19, 2025, with full operational readiness by the 14th National Party Congress (starting January 19, 2026).
Experts assert that wherever infrastructure expands, real estate values inevitably rise. Thus, La Pura’s on-schedule construction, coupled with the Northeast’s evolving infrastructure, explains its strong investor appeal. Previously, La Pura made waves in the market with 95% of Zenia and 92% of Risa units finding owners.
Notably, the market is abuzz with news of La Pura launching a new tower at 75 million VND/m², featuring high-end design, construction, and amenities, marking the first “Branded Residences” in Northeast Ho Chi Minh City—a rare highlight for the 2026 market.
Transforming Ho Chi Minh City: Priority Metro Line Connecting Old and New Centers by 2030
The 6.2-kilometer underground metro line from Bến Thành Station to Thủ Thiêm is more than just a 6-kilometer stretch—it’s a vital link connecting Thủ Thiêm to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Beyond that, it serves as a crucial connector to the North-South high-speed railway and Long Thành International Airport.
