BHS Property and Citics Forge Strategic Partnership to Launch Innovative Distribution Model

Built upon a digital infrastructure, this model is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional distribution methods. It simultaneously establishes a foundation for scaling operations, standardization, and enhanced distribution efficiency.

The real estate market is entering a phase of restructuring, demanding higher levels of transparency, data control, and operational efficiency. In practice, traditional primary distribution models heavily rely on human factors, physical offices, manual processes, and fragmented data. These dependencies significantly hinder scalability, real-time sales performance tracking, and timely decision-making.

In response, BHS Property and Citics have partnered to implement primary real estate distribution on a digital platform, serving as an “extended arm” alongside BHS Property’s existing channels. This partnership standardizes the primary product portfolio and integrates it into the Citics Agent platform, enabling BHS Property to expand its reach and connect with thousands of real estate agents within Citics’ nationwide ecosystem. This distribution channel facilitates broader sales, reduces geographic dependencies, and minimizes reliance on traditional “in-house agent” models.

In this collaboration, BHS Property acts as the strategic partner for primary market supply and deployment, leveraging its strengths in partner networks, product expertise, sales policies, and market insights. Citics provides and operates the technological infrastructure, supporting digitization and management of platform activities, including project management, transactions, electronic contracts, and unified operational-financial data connectivity.

For Citics, partnering with BHS Property marks a strategic move, signifying direct involvement in primary real estate distribution through digitization and technology-driven operations. This integration goes beyond sales, connecting the entire customer journey—from primary purchases to post-transaction needs like resale, home repairs, rentals, and asset management. Through this, Citics progressively completes its full-lifecycle real estate service ecosystem.

Citics aims to build a digital infrastructure for the entire lifecycle of a real estate transaction.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Trần Minh Long, CEO of Citics Group, stated: “Citics is focused on developing a digital infrastructure for the entire lifecycle of a real estate transaction, from primary distribution to post-sales activities. Collaborating with BHS Property allows Citics to directly engage in primary distribution, where distribution and transactions are digitized and centrally managed on a unified platform.”

The combination of BHS Property’s practical expertise and Citics’ technological infrastructure promises an efficient, flexible distribution model, reducing reliance on physical offices and geographic constraints. This model enables developers and distributors to monitor real-time sales performance, facilitating timely and optimized decision-making during sales deployment.

According to Mr. Lê Xuân Nga, CEO of BHS Property: “With a nationwide distribution system, BHS Property collaborates with numerous developers, offering diverse products to meet customer needs. The challenge lies in expanding distribution channels beyond traditional models, which are reaching their limits. Partnering with Citics not only helps BHS Property develop a digital distribution system without geographic barriers but also standardizes supply, fostering a sustainable market.”

Developing digital infrastructure is a strategic step, reflecting BHS Property’s commitment to sustainability.

Moving forward, BHS Property and Citics will implement their partnership in phases, starting with key projects and gradually expanding. Both parties will continue to standardize operational processes and enhance post-transaction services, improving customer experience and adding value throughout the real estate lifecycle.

The strategic partnership between BHS Property and Citics not only signifies collaboration between two enterprises but also reflects the real estate market’s shift toward technology adoption, standardized operations, and data-driven distribution decisions. This move aims for a more transparent, efficient, and sustainably scalable real estate market in the long term.
