Package XL3, spanning from Binh Chuan Intersection to Binh Goi Bridge over the Saigon River, is part of Component Project 5 of Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road 3, traversing the former Binh Duong province.

Package XL3 runs through the wards of Thuan Giao, Phu Loi, Thu Dau Mot, and Thuan An.

The section from Binh Chuan Intersection to Binh Goi Bridge spans approximately 10 kilometers, with a total investment of around 1,852 billion VND.
