The Inspectorate will examine compliance with food safety, environmental protection, and water resource laws among three companies: C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company, CJ Vina Agri Co., Ltd., and Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The inspection period covers 2024 to the inspection date, scheduled for Q3/2026, with an expected duration of 60 days.

Additionally, in Q1/2026, the Inspectorate will inspect land and forestry law compliance among four companies in Lâm Đồng Province: Bảo Lâm Forestry One Member LLC, Đạ Huoai Forestry One Member LLC, Di Linh Forestry One Member LLC, and Đạ Tẻh Forestry One Member LLC.

This inspection covers the period from July 1, 2014, to the inspection date, with an expected duration of 60 days.

Among the inspected companies, C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company faced allegations in mid-2025 of selling diseased pork. On May 30, 2025, a Facebook user named “Jonny Lieu” posted a complaint titled “Report of Food Safety Violations.”

The complainant, Mr. L.Q.N (born 1985, residing in Mỹ Xuyên Town, former Sóc Trăng Province, now Mỹ Xuyên Ward, Cần Thơ City), alleged that “C.P. Vietnam used diseased pork and foul-smelling chicken, distributing it through Freshop in Mỹ Xuyên, Sóc Trăng.”

The Sóc Trăng Provincial Police Investigation Agency concluded no criminal charges would be filed, as the actions did not violate food safety regulations.
