On the morning of January 9th, the Criminal Police Department of Da Nang City Police, in collaboration with the police of Ngu Hanh Son Ward and Thanh Khe Ward, conducted simultaneous inspections and dismantled two disguised prostitution hotspots. These were located at the Hoa Su Spa and Massage (7th floor, Muong Thanh Hotel, 270 Vo Nguyen Giap, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City) and the spa and massage service area on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of Samdi Hotel (331-339 Nguyen Van Linh, Thanh Khe Ward, Da Nang City). Over 40 individuals involved were brought to the police station for investigation.
Through surveillance, the Criminal Police Department discovered that these establishments were suspected of organizing prostitution for both Vietnamese and foreign nationals. They employed sophisticated methods and operated discreetly on the upper floors of the hotels to evade detection by the police.

After a period of urgent and coordinated investigative measures, on the morning of January 9th, the task forces from the Criminal Police Department, along with the police of Ngu Hanh Son Ward and Thanh Khe Ward, conducted inspections and caught several couples in the act of buying and selling sexual services.
At Hoa Su Spa and Massage, authorities caught one couple engaged in prostitution for 1,000,000 VND. Further inspections revealed multiple female employees waiting to provide sexual services to clients.
During the emergency search, the police seized: one ledger tracking prostitution activities, two used condoms, 200 unused condoms, 290,000 South Korean Won, 27,700,000 VND, five sets of sauna and massage tickets, four mobile phones, and various related documents.
Initial investigations indicate that Ngo Thi Dup (born in 1982, residing in Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City) and her accomplices organized prostitution since May 2025, profiting over 1.4 billion VND illegally.

At the spa and massage service area of Samdi Hotel, authorities discovered multiple VIP rooms offering prostitution services under “service packages” openly displayed at the reception desk, priced between 1,800,000 VND and 4,800,000 VND per session.
A search of the reception area yielded: one ledger tracking prostitution activities, one desktop computer, one card reader, one mobile phone, and 20,180,000 VND in cash. Preliminary findings suggest that the suspects earned hundreds of millions of VND monthly from prostitution activities.
The Criminal Police Department has issued arrest warrants for Ngo Thi Dup, Nguyen Duc Vu, Tran Thi Huong, Truong Thi Thuy Dung, Nguyen Huu Huy, and Tran Lam Huy on charges of “Organizing Prostitution.” Efforts are underway to locate Le Long Viet, and investigations are ongoing to expand the case and prosecute all involved parties.
The Criminal Police Department urges Le Long Viet (born in 1991, residing at K115 Phung Chi Kien, Thanh Khe Ward, Da Nang City), the direct manager of the spa and massage services at Samdi Hotel, to surrender immediately for cooperation.
