Masan High-Tech Materials Corporation (stock code: MSR, listed on UPCoM) has recently announced a series of leadership changes.

Specifically, the Board of Directors has relieved Mr. Ashley James McAlesse from his roles as CEO and legal representative. In his place, Mr. Michael Glover, an Australian national, has been appointed as the new CEO and legal representative, effective for a five-year term from January 9, 2026, to January 8, 2031.

Additionally, the Board has appointed Mr. Aditya Agarwal (Indian national) and Mr. Phan Chiến Thắng as Deputy CEOs.

Following these changes, the Executive Board of Masan High-Tech Materials now consists of five members: CEO Mr. Michael Glover; Deputy CEOs Mr. Aditya Agarwal and Mr. Phan Chiến Thắng; Mr. Fedor Mironenko, Director of Sales & Marketing; and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Mai, Chief Accountant.

Masan High-Tech Materials, a subsidiary of Masan Group, was established in 2010 with a focus on mineral mining and processing. It was formerly known as Masan Resources Corporation (MSR).

Since 2014, the company has been producing and trading high-grade mineral concentrates, including tungsten, copper, fluorite, and bismuth, progressively expanding its mineral value chain in Vietnam.

Masan High-Tech Materials specializes in mineral mining and processing.

The company wholly owns two key subsidiaries: Nui Phao Mining Company Limited (Nui Phao) and Masan Tungsten Limited (Masan Tungsten).

Nui Phao operates the Nui Phao mine in Thai Nguyen, while Masan Tungsten focuses on producing high-purity tungsten products.

Similar leadership changes have been implemented at these subsidiaries. Mr. Michael Glover has also been appointed as CEO of both Nui Phao and Masan Tungsten for a five-year term, starting January 9, 2026, and ending January 8, 2031.

Effective January 9, 2026, Mr. Aditya Agarwal and Mr. Phan Chiến Thắng have been appointed as Deputy CEOs of both Nui Phao and Masan Tungsten.
