A tractor-trailer transporting over 10 tons of goods without the required invoices and documentation.

Previously, at 4:30 AM on January 9th, during a routine patrol at Km 22+100 on National Highway 1, Hue City Bypass, a task force from Team 2 of the Traffic Police Department pulled over a tractor-trailer with license plate 51C-628.xx, driven by Mr. Tran Ngoc Q (born in 1995, residing in Phu My Tay Commune, Gia Lai Province).

Upon inspection, it was determined that the driver was operating the vehicle without proper lighting between 6 PM and 6 AM, violating road safety regulations. A traffic violation report was filed.

Surprisingly, during the violation processing, the traffic police discovered that Mr. Q’s vehicle was transporting over 10 tons of goods, including animal products and food items such as processed chicken, milk, and beer.

At the time of inspection, Mr. Q failed to provide complete invoices, documentation, or food safety certificates for the entire shipment.

Mr. Q stated that the goods were being transported from Ho Chi Minh City to northern provinces for distribution.

On the same day, while patrolling at Km 10 on Provincial Road 18 in Phu Vang Commune, Hue City, traffic police intercepted a vehicle carrying approximately 500 bags of sugar without proper invoices. The task force issued a report and handed over the driver, evidence, and vehicle to the Economic Police Department of Hue City Police for further investigation and appropriate action.
