Factors like wind direction, storm intensity, salinity, humidity, and light cycles are integrated into the design, ensuring a perfect balance between beauty and resilience. The stepped structure not only enhances visual appeal but also reduces western sun exposure, disperses sea winds, and minimizes structural stress.

Unlike typical glass boxes, Aria Bay resembles a grand theater with meticulously designed stepped facades and apartments. Every unit, from studios to 3-bedroom suites, offers panoramic views of Halong Bay, the 22-hectare landscape lake, 1.2 km beach, and commercial districts.
