Biwase Corporation (Biwase, Stock Code: BWE, HoSE) has announced February 4, 2026, as the final registration date for the 2025 interim dividend payment and attendance at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders.
Specifically, Biwase will distribute a 13% interim cash dividend for 2025, meaning shareholders holding one share will receive 1,300 VND. The payment is scheduled for May 20, 2026.
With over 219.9 million BWE shares currently in circulation, Biwase is expected to allocate approximately 286 billion VND for this interim dividend distribution.

The 2026 AGM is scheduled for March-April 2026 at the company’s headquarters located at 11 Ngo Van Tri Street, Phu Loi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
During the meeting, the company will present to shareholders the Board of Directors’ Report, the CEO’s Report on governance and 2025 business performance, and the 2026 outlook; the audited 2025 financial summary report; the 2025 Supervisory Board Report; the proposal for post-tax profit distribution and fund allocation for 2025; the 2026 post-tax profit distribution and fund allocation plan; the selection of the 2026 financial statement auditor; and other agenda items.
In other developments, Biwase successfully acquired 2.35 million NTT shares of Ninh Thuan Water Supply JSC, increasing its ownership stake from 0% to 24.76%. The company officially became a major shareholder on January 8, 2026.
Previously, Biwase approved the investment plan to purchase shares in Ninh Thuan Water Supply JSC. The planned acquisition aims for a stake ranging from 20% to under 50% of the company’s voting shares. Upon completion, Ninh Thuan Water Supply JSC will become an affiliate of Biwase.
