On January 15th, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Quế, Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee, signed a decision to auction land use rights for the CK54 urban area project.
Spanning over 200 hectares, the project is planned as a large-scale urban development featuring more than 1,500 residential units, including detached villas, semi-detached villas, golf course villas, and townhouses.

Beyond residential areas, the project includes commercial and service facilities such as restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, social housing, educational and healthcare infrastructure, green spaces, and a golf course.
Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee approved a starting auction price of over 2,247 billion VND for the land. The Gia Lai Land Fund Development Center is tasked with organizing the land use rights auction. The land has completed site clearance and is currently managed by the Center.
The project site is located in Pleiku Ward (formerly Pleiku City), bordered to the east by the residential area along Trần Văn Bình Street, to the north by Ia Linh Stream, to the south by existing residential areas, and to the west by agricultural land. Its strategic location offers easy access to Pleiku’s city center and Pleiku Airport.
According to the decision by Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee, the project’s operational period is 50 years from the date the investor receives or leases the land. The project is expected to be completed within 72 months, divided into two phases: the first phase focuses on technical infrastructure, while the second phase involves constructing residential units and commercial facilities.
