The event marks a strategic move to expand market share, aiming to channel investment capital from the North into the highly promising real estate market of Western Ho Chi Minh City. This initiative leverages the region’s key transportation infrastructure.

Strategic Partnership Built on Critical Transportation Infrastructure

The event was attended by representatives from Prodezi Long An, the developer, and Hướng Việt Holdings, alongside leaders from reputable real estate distribution agencies in the North. This initiative concretizes the strategy to broaden the business network, bringing Western Ho Chi Minh City real estate products directly to investors in Hanoi and surrounding provinces. This investor group is highly regarded for their substantial capital and deep understanding of satellite urban models linked to ring roads and the development of nearby industrial zones.

During the event, a cooperation agreement was signed, and strategic agency certifications were awarded, establishing a legal foundation and commitment to collaboration between the developer and the distribution network. This ensures unified project information, transparent consultation processes, and an optimized experience for Northern customers exploring the Long An market.

This strategic partnership is rooted not only in the project’s potential but also in tangible macroeconomic and transportation infrastructure data for the Southwest region from 2026 to 2030. Experts at the event highlighted 2026 as a pivotal year, with numerous national and inter-regional transportation projects set to commence or complete. Notably, the Luong Hoa – Binh Chanh Avenue (60m wide), passing through the project, is expected to open for technical traffic in Q1 2026, reducing travel time to Ho Chi Minh City’s center. Simultaneously, the extended Vo Van Kiet Road, a priority investment project for 2026–2030, is slated to begin construction in early 2026, creating a direct link from the city center to the Duc Hoa – Ben Luc industrial zone. These developments, coupled with the completion of Ring Road 3 and the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, provide a clear framework for Northern investors to assess the region’s growth potential.

The event also featured the signing ceremony and certification of strategic Northern agencies.

Real Value from the Urban-Industrial Ecosystem and the 2026–2028 Filling Roadmap

Beyond infrastructure, LA Home’s appeal to the Northern market lies in its integrated Urban-Industrial development model. Drawing parallels with key industrial zones in the North, such as VSIP Bac Ninh, and VSIP Binh Duong in the South, experts highlighted the strong correlation between industrial growth and housing demand. The 100-hectare LA Home project, opposite the 400-hectare Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park, creates a synergistic advantage: industrial development attracts experts, driving demand for housing and commercial services, thereby ensuring liquidity and cash flow for real estate.

Notably, the event unveiled a detailed development and filling roadmap for both the urban and industrial zones, offering investors a long-term perspective. Currently, the technical infrastructure of the 121-hectare Phase 1 is complete and ready for investors. By 2026–2027, Phase 1 of Prodezi Industrial Park is expected to reach 100% occupancy, while LA Home will begin handing over units in its first phase, La Sol, by late 2026. Building on this momentum, Prodezi Industrial Park is projected to achieve full occupancy in subsequent phases, coinciding with the handover of units in later phases of LA Home. This establishes a robust foundation for the sustainable development of the LA Home eco-urban area, fostering a vibrant, stable community of professionals and workers. This roadmap underscores a commitment to timelines and sustainable growth, aligning urbanization with industrialization.

Prodezi Long An highlights LA Home’s exceptional potential with its strategic location at the intersection of key regional infrastructure.

As the real estate market enters a new cycle marked by rigorous selection, LA Home’s transparency in its filling roadmap and proactive engagement with the Northern market demonstrate confidence in the project’s intrinsic value. This assurance provides distribution partners and investors with a solid basis to trust in the project’s cash flow potential and sustainable price appreciation during 2026–2030.
