NOBLEX App is a super app developed by Unicloud Technology Group (part of Sunshine Group), integrating finance, technology, and real estate services. Powered by AI, it offers a seamless user experience. One of its standout features is NobleGo—Vietnam’s first livestream property bidding platform—simultaneously broadcast on digital platforms and national television.

NobleGo has sparked a revolution by showcasing over $10 billion worth of verified properties, ranging from luxury villas and branded townhouses to competitively priced premium apartments. This expansion has significantly increased opportunities for users to acquire “real products at real value.”

Through real-time bidding, customers can submit offers with just a few taps on their phones, securing properties at competitive prices—often exceeding expectations. After 30+ livestreams, most successful bidders secured deals 10–20% below market rates, with some savings reaching 45% when combined with developer incentives.

Beyond its bidding mechanism, NobleGo has achieved several milestones: pioneering AI integration for real-time project consultations and market analysis; setting records with cash prizes up to $200,000 for viewers and transparent winner selection algorithms; and allocating $50,000 per session to charitable initiatives like Vietnam Television’s “Loving Leaves” fund.

With over 30 broadcasts, NobleGo has garnered 5.3 million viewer interactions, including 212,000 project inquiries, and over 500 media features. The app has contributed $1.55 million to charitable causes, embodying sustainable business practices rooted in community solidarity.
