In this launch, VinFast introduces three electric motorcycle models featuring battery-swapping technology: Evo, Feliz II, Viper, and a pedal-integrated electric bike named Amio. The Vietnamese automaker states that these new products are designed to cater to diverse customer groups, from students to urban commuters.
Among these, the VinFast Viper is positioned as a technologically advanced model with numerous innovations. It is equipped with a BLDC Inhub motor delivering a maximum power output of 3,000W and a top speed of 70 km/h. For safety, the Viper features LED Projector headlights and dual shock absorbers with auxiliary oil chambers.

The newly launched electric motorcycle models will support battery-swapping technology.
The VinFast Feliz II and Evo are built upon the foundation of their predecessors. The Feliz II shares the same 3,000W motor as the Viper, while the Evo offers a slightly lower power output of 2,450W. Both models achieve a top speed of 70 km/h. For customers without a driver’s license, the Evo Lite version is limited to a speed of under 50 km/h to comply with legal regulations.
For the compact segment, the VinFast Amio is a new option equipped with pedals and does not require a license to operate. It features an 800W Inhub motor and reaches a maximum speed of 30 km/h. In terms of range, battery-swapping models like the Evo can travel up to 165 km on a full charge of two batteries. The Viper and Feliz II offer a range of 156 km per battery cycle under standard conditions. The Amio, equipped with a 1.024 kWh LFP battery, can travel up to 65 km on a single charge.

Regarding battery ownership, customers can choose to purchase the vehicle with a battery or opt for a flexible battery rental service. The rental fee for one battery is set at 175,000 VND/month, and the two-battery package costs 300,000 VND/month.
According to the manufacturer, the VinFast Evo is currently available for pre-order at a price of 19,990,000 VND, excluding the battery. Customers who place an order in the second half of January 2026 will receive a discount of 1,000,000 VND per vehicle. Additionally, other incentives such as free public charging and reduced registration fees are being offered to encourage the transition to electric vehicles.

V-Green will rapidly deploy 45,000 battery-swapping stations in Q1/2026.
Alongside the product launch, V-Green is accelerating the installation of battery-swapping stations. As of mid-January 2026, the system has completed the first 4,500 stations nationwide.
The plan is to increase the number of battery-swapping stations to 45,000 units across 34 provinces and cities by Q1 2026. With this network, electric motorcycle users can swap batteries at stations for a fee of 9,000 VND per swap.
This infrastructure expansion aims to provide a larger number of energy points compared to traditional gas stations, facilitating the operation of electric vehicles for the public.
