The Nguyen Van Linh Road project, a residential area along Nguyen Van Linh Street, boasts a total investment of nearly VND 2 trillion (with VND 260 billion from the central budget). It is managed by the Gia Lai Province’s Project Management Board for Investment and Construction and the Gia Lai Land Development Center.

A total of 676 households are subject to land reclamation for these two projects, spanning across Hoi Phu and Dien Hong wards.

Specifically, the Nguyen Van Linh Road project stretches 2,727 meters, classified as a Grade II urban traffic route with a design speed of 50 km/h and a road width of 35 meters.

The project’s pace has been accelerated in preparation for the Lunar New Year.

Workers are toiling day and night to meet the accelerated project deadlines.

The project route passes by Buu Minh Pagoda.

Nguyen Van Linh Road is not merely a transportation route but also serves as a vital urban redevelopment axis, reshaping the cityscape.

Upon completion, the project will be a landmark for both transportation and aesthetics in Pleiku, Gia Lai Province.

This project is hailed as a “landmark development” eagerly anticipated by the residents of Pleiku.

The project’s initiation reflects the vision and decisiveness of Gia Lai Province’s leadership.

The Nguyen Van Linh Residential Area project was assigned by the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee to Saigon Highland Investment Corporation in 2009, covering over 94 hectares. By February 2015, the committee terminated the company’s involvement due to its inability to meet deadlines and violations of investment laws. Subsequently, the committee tasked the former Pleiku City People’s Committee with revising the planning.

In July 2017, the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee approved the revised detailed planning proposal submitted by the former Pleiku City, encompassing over 94.9 hectares across the former wards of Tra Ba, Hoi Phu, and Ia Kring.
