
In terms of business results, for the full year 2025, WinCommerce reported net revenue of VND 39,000 billion, marking an impressive 18.3% growth compared to 2024. This performance significantly surpassed the initial target of 8-12% growth set at the beginning of the year.
The strong growth momentum continued into the final months, with December 2025 alone recording revenue of VND 3,557 billion, a 19% increase year-over-year. The operational efficiency of existing stores also saw notable improvement, with a like-for-like (LFL) sales growth of 9% for the year and 8.6% in December.

A standout highlight of 2025 was the rapid expansion of WinCommerce’s footprint. The company set a new record by opening 764 new stores, exceeding the high-end target of 400-700 stores. December alone saw an unprecedented 161 new store openings, the highest monthly figure to date. By the end of 2025, WinCommerce’s total network reached 4,592 stores nationwide.
WinCommerce’s expansion strategy focused heavily on penetrating rural areas and strengthening its position in key markets. The WinMart+ Rural model accounted for nearly 80% of new store openings, with 602 stores. Geographically, the Northern and Central regions were the primary growth areas, contributing 98% of new stores (409 in the North and 341 in the Central region), significantly enhancing the company’s local market dominance. Notably, 90.3% of the newly opened stores achieved EBITDA breakeven at the store level, ensuring profitability alongside growth.
