SJ Group Accelerates Vista Nam An Khanh Project Deployment as Scheduled

After more than a month since signing the construction contract with Viettel Construction and Vinaconex1, the Vista Nam An Khánh site is witnessing significant progress. In early 2026, the Vista Nam An Khánh construction site maintained a steady pace, with synchronized building activities across the entire project. Multiple components were developed concurrently, indicating that the construction progress adhered closely to the outlined plan.

On-site observations revealed that houses with completed structural frameworks from the previous phase were now accelerating their rough construction to transition into the finishing stage. Some units had reached the final completion phase, undergoing meticulous technical inspections for each component in preparation for formal technical reviews.

The shophouses along An Thịnh Street (A2), having completed their structural frameworks in the previous phase, are now enclosed and proceeding with subsequent construction stages.

In areas where foundation work was completed, construction teams continued with the building’s superstructure, ensuring adherence to specific milestones. Simultaneously, pile driving for new foundation sites was underway, setting the stage for the next series of houses in 2026, with a focus on maintaining uniform standards and quality.

Foundation work is underway at several plots, marking the beginning of the superstructure construction phase.

According to the schedule, several low-rise units in the Vista Serena subdivision are being prioritized for completion and handover before the 2026 Lunar New Year.

Alongside residential construction, the internal traffic infrastructure and landscaping are also progressing rapidly. Since 2025, the developer has completed over 3.3 km of sidewalks along the urban area’s main traffic arteries.

Notably, the 2.5 km Ecopath segment, a dedicated pedestrian and cycling route serving as the project’s signature green connector, is on track for completion in February. The remaining sections of the Ecopath will continue development, with full completion expected by May.

The 2.5 km Ecopath, running parallel to LK8 (the project’s 50-meter main traffic artery), is entering its final completion phase as scheduled.

The simultaneous development of connecting infrastructure and residential units is progressively enhancing the spatial organization and internal connectivity across the project’s subdivisions.

Currently, the Vista Nam An Khánh site maintains a stable workforce with participation from major contractors. Labor, machinery, and equipment are allocated according to each phase, ensuring disciplined construction, stringent safety control, quality assurance, and timely progress.

A representative from developer SJ Group stated that the current focus is on stringent quality control, adherence to the construction schedule, and enhanced coordination with contractors to ensure synchronized project execution.

Alongside construction activities, several subdivisions are nearing completion. Vista Palma completed exterior finishing for its houses and internal roads by late 2025, facilitating the arrival of residents and retail services, thereby establishing an early internal commercial hub. Landscaping and amenities continue to be developed to perfect the living environment in the coming period.

Vista Palma has completed exterior finishes for its houses and subdivision gates.

Moving forward, the developer is preparing to initiate work on the La Vista subdivision, aiming for the integrated completion of low-rise subdivisions at Vista Nam An Khánh during 2026–2027. This progress aligns with the continued robust investment in transportation and urban infrastructure in Western Hanoi.

The advancements at the Vista Nam An Khánh site demonstrate the project’s adherence to a clear roadmap, with residential and infrastructure components progressing simultaneously. The current momentum and emerging project outline provide a solid foundation for the urban area’s gradual completion of its living space and preparation for subsequent operational phases.
