Spanning 196.8 hectares with an investment of over VND 50 trillion, the project is designed, constructed, and operated as a green development, prioritizing sustainability. It aims to establish a seamless Work-Live-Innovate ecosystem, blending living, working, and creative spaces.

At its core is a 168.9-hectare digital technology park focused on innovation and digital transformation. The remaining area will feature an open park model, complete with internal transportation infrastructure, green spaces, and water features, fostering a high-quality environment for work, research, and living.

The project is slated for implementation from 2026 to 2031, with the first phase expected to be operational by 2027.

Through this initiative, the Hanoi People’s Committee and FPT Corporation aim to create a comprehensive, high-quality environment for businesses to research, produce, and develop advanced technologies. It seeks to attract experts and scientists globally while nurturing a vibrant startup ecosystem.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Truong Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, emphasized the park’s role as a cornerstone of Hanoi’s innovation ecosystem. Aligned with the city’s vision to become a national science, technology, and digital economy hub, the project is projected to accommodate 60,000 technology experts, engineers, and support staff upon completion.

He highlighted the significance of a domestic technology enterprise investing substantially and long-term in aligning its development strategy with national core technology mastery—a testament to FPT’s long-term vision and commitment to Hanoi and Vietnam’s progress.

“Hanoi’s leadership expects the investor to leverage its capabilities, experience, and reputation to implement the project in line with its vision, ensuring quality, efficiency, and legal compliance. This will tangibly contribute to Hanoi’s sustainable development goals, consistent with the 100-year Capital Master Plan,” Mr. Dung stated.

According to Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT Corporation, in the new era, technology transcends being a growth driver or productivity enhancer—it is the foundation for Vietnam’s autonomy, self-reliance, and national defense. A conducive space for learning, working, and innovation is essential for mastering technology.
