North Ninh Announces Affordable Housing Sales Across Three Projects, Starting at Over 12 Million VND/m²

The Department of Construction in Bac Ninh Province has announced the sale, lease, and rent-to-own options for nearly 1,000 social housing units across three projects. With prices starting at just over 12 million VND per square meter, these homes offer an affordable living opportunity for low-income earners and laborers.

Specifically, the project involves the construction of a worker housing and commercial-service area within the industrial zone of Dong Tien and Yen Trung communes, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province (now Yen Phong and Yen Trung communes, Bac Ninh province), Phase 1.

The project includes 3 social housing buildings (CT1, CT2, and CT3), 62 commercial townhouses, and synchronized technical infrastructure. It offers a total of 2,068 social housing units (1,654 for sale and 414 for rent) along with comprehensive technical and social infrastructure.

As of the announcement, the technical infrastructure surrounding CT2 (roads, water supply, drainage, electricity, and public lighting) is complete. CT2A is finished and will be handed over to customers in Q1 2026. CT2B has completed 15 floors of rough construction. CT1 is under foundation pile construction, while CT3 has yet to begin.

Registration opens from February 12 to March 13, 2026, for 226 units available for sale, rent, or rent-to-own. The price is 12,320,000 VND/m², inclusive of VAT and maintenance fees.

The Cat Tuong Smart City social housing project in Yen Trung and Tam Da communes, Bac Ninh province (Phase 1, 2026), covers 94,075 m². It includes social housing, townhouses, commercial buildings, public facilities (cultural center, health station, school), and external technical infrastructure.

Completion procedures for the project are scheduled from June to November 2026, with full operation expected by December 2026.

Registration runs from February 9 to 25, 2026, for 289 units. Prices (excluding 5% VAT and 2% maintenance fee) are: 15,990,253 VND/m² (standard), 16,310,058 VND/m² (corner), and 15,670,448 VND/m² (near elevator).

The social housing project in Zone 1, adjacent to the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College, Dinh Tri commune, Bac Giang city (now Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province), is built on a 10,004.6 m² plot.

Construction and procedures will be completed by June 2027. Registration opens from February 4 to 12, 2026, for 361 social housing units at 18,562,210 VND/m² (VAT included, excluding maintenance and position-based adjustments).
