Khải Hoàn Land Launches VND 190 Billion Bond Issuance

Khải Hoàn Land Group JSC (stock code: KHG, listed on HoSE) has announced the results of its private bond issuance to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

On January 6, 2026, Khải Hoàn Land issued 1,900 bonds under the code KHG12503, with a face value of VND 100 million per bond, raising a total of VND 190 billion. These bonds have a 60-month term, maturing on January 6, 2031, with a combined interest rate of 13.5%.

According to HNX, this is the third bond issuance by KHG since October 2025.

Previously, on October 2, 2025, Khải Hoàn Land successfully issued bonds under the code KHG12501, totaling VND 80 billion, with a 60-month term, expected to mature on October 2, 2030.

On December 3, 2025, the company issued another batch of bonds, KHG12502, comprising 800 bonds in the domestic market. With a face value of VND 100 million per bond, this issuance raised VND 80 billion, also with a 60-month term, maturing on December 3, 2030, and an annual interest rate of 13.5%.

In other developments, Mr. Nguyễn Khải Hoàn, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Khải Hoàn Land, reported the transfer of 20 million KHG shares to contribute capital to KH Invest LLC.

The transaction was executed through the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) on December 31, 2025.

Following the transaction, Chairman Nguyễn Khải Hoàn’s holdings decreased from 157.2 million KHG shares (34.99%) to 137.2 million shares (30.54%). Conversely, KH Invest increased its holdings to 20 million shares, representing 4.45% of Khải Hoàn Land’s capital.

KH Invest LLC was established on December 25, 2025, with its primary business activities in business management consulting and other management advisory services.

The company has a chartered capital of VND 201 billion, with Mr. Nguyễn Khải Hoàn holding 99.9% and Ms. Phạm Thị Thảo (born in 1999) holding the remaining 0.1% while serving as the Director.
