The establishment of Hoa Sen Home Corporation signifies a pivotal strategic move by Hoa Sen Group amidst a volatile global business environment, rising trade protectionism, and disrupted international supply chains. These challenges necessitate proactive strategic realignment for businesses.
According to Hoa Sen Group’s leadership, Hoa Sen Home’s creation aims not only to expand the product portfolio but also to establish a modern, large-scale distribution model. This model focuses on the domestic market, leveraging core strengths in branding, distribution networks, management capabilities, and local market insights. It also involves investing in long-term potential sectors to drive sustainable growth and create high-value additions.
Strategically, Hoa Sen Home is designed as an independent entity, operating under a modern, transparent, and efficient governance model. Its vision is to become a leading large-scale distributor in Vietnam’s building materials and interior market, aiming for multi-billion-dollar revenue in the future. Once it meets the necessary scale, governance, and market conditions, Hoa Sen Home plans to go public, opening new growth opportunities and enhancing value for shareholders, partners, and society.
