On Friday, January 16th, singer Phương Linh surprised her followers by sharing a screenshot of her stock portfolio on Facebook, accompanied by the caption: “Ti toe ti toe. Feeling joyful and healthy today.”
The post quickly gained traction, attracting significant attention from her 376,000+ followers. Within a short time, it garnered thousands of likes, comments, and shares.

Her portfolio showed a profit of approximately 16.17 million VND, a remarkable +43.2% return, leaving many investors envious.
Despite the attention, Phương Linh remained casual, admitting in the comments that she lacks formal knowledge of the stock market and invests purely for fun.
Her portfolio includes impressive performers like VHM (Vinhomes), boasting a 154% gain. Given her cost basis of around 47,200 VND per share, she likely held this stock during the significant rally of “Vin group” stocks in 2025.
Beyond real estate, her portfolio features other strong sectors. GAS (PV Gas) delivered nearly 63% returns after doubling in price, while CTR (Viettel Construction) surged during the first two weeks of 2026. PNJ also performed well, rising 6.11% on January 16th, closing near 107,700 VND per share, yielding a 24.5% gain for her.
“Investing for fun,” she plans to revisit in 10 years
As her post went viral, Phương Linh emphasized in the comments not to take her portfolio too seriously.
“Look at the volume column. I have no formal education in stocks, so I invest just for fun. I’ll leave it alone and check back in 10 years,” she wrote.
Indeed, her holdings are modest, with only a few hundred shares each. While her relative returns are impressive, the absolute profits are not substantial.
Previously, in a TikTok video, Phương Linh shared her simple financial habits: buying gold and saving in a piggy bank. She finds joy in saving gold, treating it as a hobby and a way to accumulate wealth.
Born in 1984 in Thanh Hóa, Phương Linh rose to fame after placing second in the 2005 Sao Mai Light Music Stream and making her mark in the 2006 Sao Mai Spotlight.
Known for her emotive voice and gentle style, she became a sensation alongside Hà Anh Tuấn with hits like Cơn mưa tình yêu, Ngày hát đôi, Thiên đường gọi tên, and Qua đêm nay.
Her lighthearted stock market boast inadvertently made her one of the most discussed figures on investment forums in recent days.
