The company’s charter capital increased by 11%, from VND 35.5 trillion to VND 39.5 trillion, marking an additional VND 4 trillion.
This marks the second capital increase for GSM in January 2026. Earlier in the month, the company boosted its capital by 42%, from VND 25 trillion to VND 35.5 trillion, solidifying its status as a tech unicorn—a term for startups valued between $1 billion and $10 billion.
Another significant milestone for GSM in January 2026 was the launch of its urban cargo delivery service, utilizing 100% electric VinFast EC Van vehicles.
