According to the recently released financial report, GELEX recorded a consolidated revenue of VND 39,519 billion in 2025, marking a 17.1% increase compared to 2024. The electrical equipment segment remained the key driver, contributing VND 25,052 billion (up 21% year-on-year), accounting for 63.4% of total revenue.
Other segments also demonstrated positive results: construction materials reached VND 8,464 billion (up 10%), industrial park infrastructure & real estate achieved VND 4,561 billion (up 9.8%), and utility infrastructure recorded VND 1,299 billion (up 13.2%).
After deducting expenses, GELEX’s pre-tax profit reached VND 4,636 billion, a 28.3% increase year-on-year. The gross profit margin improved to 21.3%, up from 20% in 2024.
EBITDA grew to VND 8,346 billion, a 25.2% increase, enhancing debt repayment capabilities amidst expanding loan obligations for major projects in the final stages.

In 2025, GELEX set a revenue target of VND 37,600 billion and a pre-tax profit target of VND 3,041 billion. The company exceeded expectations, achieving 105% of its revenue goal and 52% above its profit target, showcasing outstanding performance.
As of December 31, 2025, GELEX’s total assets reached VND 73,557 billion, a 36.8% increase from the beginning of the year. Cash and cash equivalents surged to VND 8,660 billion, more than doubling, reflecting strengthened financial capacity. Financial safety and liquidity ratios also improved.
2025 marked a pivotal year in GELEX’s 35-year journey. Subsidiaries like GELEX Electric achieved breakthrough growth, GELEX Infrastructure successfully IPOed and prepared for HoSE listing, and numerous key projects were launched. The company also raised USD 79 million in international capital, adopted IFRS reporting standards, and implemented digital transformation and corporate culture initiatives.
Beyond business operations, GELEX continued its social responsibility efforts. The A9 Emergency Center and Stroke Center renovation project at Bach Mai Hospital was awarded the Human Act Prize 2025, highlighting the company’s enduring commitment to community and humanitarian values.
