Hoa Phat Group (stock code: HPG) has announced its Q4/2025 business results, reporting a revenue of VND 47,302 billion, a 34% increase compared to the same period in 2024. After-tax profit reached VND 3,888 billion, up 38% year-on-year.
For the full year 2025, Hoa Phat recorded VND 158,332 billion in revenue and VND 15,515 billion in after-tax profit, achieving 93% and 103% of its annual targets, respectively. This represents a 13% and 29% increase compared to 2024. The group contributed VND 13,000 billion to the state budget across 20 provinces and cities in 2025.
The steel and related products sector was the primary revenue driver in 2025, accounting for 94% of total revenue. Agriculture contributed 5%, making it the second-largest revenue source.
In Q4/2025, Hoa Phat produced over 3 million tons of crude steel, a 10% increase from Q3 and a 36% rise compared to Q4/2024. Sales of hot-rolled coil (HRC), construction steel, high-quality steel, and steel billets reached 3 million tons, up 24% quarter-on-quarter and 53% year-on-year.
In 2025, Hoa Phat produced 11 million tons of crude steel, a 26% increase from 2024. Sales of HRC, construction steel, high-quality steel coils, and steel billets reached a record 10.6 million tons, up 31% year-on-year. HRC sales alone contributed 5 million tons, a 73% increase, partly due to the completion of Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Steel Complex in September 2025.
Additionally, Hoa Phat produced 423,000 tons of galvanized steel sheets, matching the previous year’s output. Steel pipe production reached approximately 850,000 tons, solidifying its market leadership in Vietnam with a 30.8% share. Prestressed steel and wire rod sales increased by 29% to 174,000 tons, with exports accounting for over 40%.
In 2025, Hoa Phat Agriculture (HPA) achieved record revenue and profit of VND 8,326 billion and VND 1,600 billion, up 18% and 55% respectively. The company successfully issued 30 million HPA shares in its IPO and is finalizing its listing on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), expected in February.
The home appliance sector (including refrigeration and household appliances) saw revenue grow fivefold since the establishment of Hoa Phat Home Appliance Corporation in 2021. In real estate, the group expanded industrial zones in Hung Yen, Hai Phong, and Bac Ninh, and launched a large-scale social housing project in Hung Yen.
Hoa Phat is Southeast Asia’s largest steel producer, with a capacity of 16 million tons by late 2026. Sixty percent of its output comprises high-tech steel products for industries such as mechanical engineering, automotive, shipbuilding, oil and gas, household appliances, steel structures, and energy. Hoa Phat is Vietnam’s sole producer of hot-rolled coil (HRC) steel.
The group is developing a rail and special steel plant in Dung Quat, expected to begin production in 2027. This facility will supply rail steel for Vietnam’s key railway projects and export to international markets.
