Meanwhile, Nutifood acquired additional shares from various shareholders, securing a 51% stake in KDF by September 2024, thereby becoming KDF’s parent company.

KDF originally managed Kido’s brands such as Celano and Merino. However, Kido announced that prior to reducing its stake in KDF, the group had transferred key brands, including Celano and Merino, back to its own portfolio.

In late 2025, with shareholder approval, Kido Group passed a resolution to transfer 36.33 million shares, equivalent to the remaining 49% stake in KDF, to Nutifood Nutrition Joint Stock Company. If this transaction is completed, Kido will fully divest from KDF.

Alongside the complete divestment, Kido stated it would undertake necessary procedures to re-establish ownership of iconic ice cream brands like Celano and Merino for KDF.

Regarding VDS share transactions, shareholder Nguyen Xuan Do successfully sold 5.3 million shares on January 27, 2026, via a negotiated transaction.
