The Civil Judgment Execution Agency (CJEA) of Ho Chi Minh City is auctioning several assets owned by Ms. Truong My Lan as part of the enforcement of a legally effective court ruling.

Among these assets, a notable item is the luxury yacht The Reverie Saigon (blue and white), manufactured in France in 2018 and currently docked at Tam Son Swan Bay Marina in Dai Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province.

Previously, on January 5, 2026, the yacht was put up for auction for the first time with a starting price of over 52.4 billion VND, but no buyers registered.

As a result, for the second auction, the starting price for Ms. Truong My Lan’s yacht has been reduced by 6%, to over 49.2 billion VND.

The auction is scheduled for the morning of February 12, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh City Asset Auction Service Center (Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). Participants must deposit 20% of the starting price, approximately 10 billion VND, via bank transfer to the center’s account.
