During the inspection, authorities discovered that the facility was producing and selling pork offal with unclear origins. Many products showed signs of spoilage, discoloration, and foul odors, failing to meet food safety regulations.

In the cold storage area, approximately 59 tons of raw offal were found frozen in three containers, stored for 4 to 6 months.

Additionally, about 1 ton of offal was in the preliminary processing stage, and 3.6 tons had already been processed.

Preliminary investigations revealed that all the goods were sourced from individuals and unverified businesses, with no legal invoices or documents to prove their origin.

The inspection also uncovered unsanitary conditions in the processing and storage areas, posing potential food safety risks and health hazards to consumers.

Authorities have seized all the non-compliant goods for further investigation into related violations.
