On January 30, 2026, on behalf of the Politburo, General Secretary To Lam signed and issued Decision No. 05-QĐNS/TW, assigning members of the 14th Politburo to join the 14th Secretariat.

Accordingly, the Politburo decided:

Article 1. Assign the following comrades, members of the 14th Politburo, to join the 14th Secretariat:

1. Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission.

2. Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the 14th Politburo, Permanent Member of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies.

3. Comrade Le Minh Hung, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission.

4. Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

5. Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army.

6. Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mobilization Commission.

7. Comrade Le Minh Tri, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

8. Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, Member of the 14th Politburo, Chief of the Central Office of the Party.

9. Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the 14th Politburo, Head of the Central Inspection Commission.

10. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the 14th Politburo, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission.

Article 2. The Central Office of the Party, the Central Organization Commission, relevant agencies, and the comrades listed in Article 1 shall implement this Decision.
