Furthermore, Vietnam and Sweden established a Strategic Partnership in Science, Technology, and Innovation during the Prime Minister’s visit to Sweden in June 2025.
Building on this foundation, the Prime Minister welcomed SYRE’s planned investment in Vietnam and instructed relevant ministries, agencies, and localities to closely coordinate with the company on specific issues such as technology and environmental assessments, procedures, and determining an appropriate investment roadmap.
The Prime Minister emphasized the following requirements: no environmental impact, modern technology with high efficiency, a win-win situation for both parties; support for Vietnamese companies to participate in the company’s global supply chain, creating more jobs and contributing to the development of a circular economy.
The Prime Minister affirmed that Vietnam will continue to support and facilitate foreign businesses, including SYRE, in their investment and operations in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and based on the principle of “harmonious benefits and shared risks.”
