From January 1, 2026, to January 15, 2025, through technical surveillance equipment, the Thanh Hoa Traffic Police Department’s task forces detected and recorded a total of 359 cases of vehicles violating speed limits on national highways. Notifications have been sent for “Cold Penalty” enforcement.

1. National Highway 1: 79 cases
2. National Highway 45: 205 cases
3. National Highway 47B: 75 cases
Within 10 days from the date of the violation, the Thanh Hoa Traffic Police Department will send notifications to vehicle owners, organizations, and individuals involved in the administrative violations.
The Thanh Hoa Traffic Police Department advises that after receiving the notification, vehicle owners, organizations, and individuals should contact the following locations based on their registered address: Department 01 of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (Address: No. 01, Do Huy Cu, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province); Headquarters of Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (Address: Km 570+450 Ho Chi Minh Road, Sao Vang Commune, Thanh Hoa Province); or the Traffic Police Department headquarters in their place of residence to resolve the issue.
Within 20 days from the date of the notification, violation information will be published on the website of the Traffic Police Department.
