On January 29th, the People’s Committee of Gia Lai Province officially recognized the successful bidder for the land use rights auction to develop the Eo Gió Eco-Tourism Project.

Star Hanoi Real Estate Joint Stock Company emerged as the winning bidder, securing the land use rights with a bid exceeding 81.3 billion VND, surpassing the starting price by over 1.6 billion VND.
The Eo Gió Eco-Tourism Project was initially approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province (now Gia Lai Province) on April 2, 2024. Subsequently, on November 23, 2025, the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee set the starting price for the land use rights auction, based on the valuation report issued by DHA Consulting and Valuation Company on October 8, 2025.
According to project documents, the total investment capital amounts to 77.839 billion VND, excluding the land auction winning amount. The project implementation timeline is capped at 48 months from the land lease decision date, with a maximum of 12 months allocated for investment preparation procedures.
Spanning 10.44 hectares in Quy Nhon Dong Ward, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (formerly Nhon Ly Commune, Quy Nhon City), the project site is bordered by Eo Gió Mountain to the north, Cam Mountain to the south, the East Sea to the east, and a public access trail to the west.
The project aims to establish a comprehensive eco-tourism and service complex, featuring tourism service areas, a glass bridge with scenic balconies, and restaurants. These developments seek to maximize the natural landscape potential of Eo Gió, renowned for boasting “Vietnam’s most beautiful sunsets.”
