Specifically, Agribank in Ho Chi Minh City is selling a plot of land of nearly 473 m2 (plot of land number 112, map sheet 16) in Phu Huu ward, District 9 (former, now Phu Huu ward, Thu Duc City). The intended use is residential land in urban areas, with no assets attached to the land. The starting price is over 22 billion VND (excluding VAT). This is the collateral of Mr. Ho Quang Minh for the loan of An Nhien Trading and Transportation Co., Ltd at Agribank Tan Binh Branch.

Also in Thu Duc City, plot of land number 521, map sheet number 25 in Thanh My Loi ward is being auctioned for nearly 21 billion VND.

In An Phu Dong ward (District 12), plot of land number 100, map sheet number 51 (according to the 2005 document) with an area of 200 m2 (residential land in urban areas) has a starting price of 10 billion VND (excluding VAT). This is the collateral for the loan of UK Steel TM Co., Ltd at Agribank An Phu Branch.

In lot D3/5A, block 4, Tan Tuc town, Binh Chanh district, HCM City, a plot of land with an area of over 221 m2 (with assets attached to the land) is being auctioned for over 7.5 billion VND.

In Tan Phu district, three plots of land with areas of nearly 143 m2, 92 m2, and over 252 m2 (Luong Minh Nguyet, Tan Thoi Hoa ward) are being auctioned for prices of 10.5 billion VND, 6.7 billion VND, and 19 billion VND respectively. Houses have been built on the land.

Specifically, in Khanh Hoa, Agribank recently announced the auction of 5 land use rights certificates with a total area of over 1,201 m2 belonging to land plots number 574, 578, 579, 581, 583 and map sheet number 11 (Tan Lap hamlet, Cam Thanh Bac commune, Cam Lam district) with a total starting price of over 16 billion VND. Also in Cam Lam district, plot of land number 190, map sheet number 11 with an area of over 2,434.6 m2 (rural residential land, agricultural land) has a starting price of over 18 billion VND.

In addition, plot of land 80, map sheet number 28 (Ba Ngoi ward, Cam Ranh town) with an area of nearly 5,501 m2 (urban residential land) is currently being auctioned for over 76 billion VND.

Specifically, in An Giang, Agribank Bac Ho Chi Minh City Branch recently announced the auction of 14 land plots (with assets attached to the land) in Thoai Son district with a total starting price of nearly 92 billion VND. These land plots have areas ranging from over 100 m2 to over 4,600 m2.

Specifically, in Binh Thuan, Agribank Nha Be Branch announced the auction of a real estate property in Tan Tien commune, La Gi town with a starting price of nearly 123 billion VND. Of which, 12,187 m2 is production forest land and 50,381 m2 is production and business base land with a 50-year usage term.
