Opening: Plastic-Chemical stocks lead
At the start of the morning session on February 19, as of 9:30 AM, VN-Index recorded positive gains, reaching 1,214 points. HNX-Index also increased slightly, reaching 233 points. Notably, the plastic-chemical manufacturing sector significantly contributed to the index’s increase with a growth rate of 2.5%.
