The police enforce decisions against the defendant Phung Ha Trang.
Prior to that, the office of the Provincial Police Investigative Agency of Ha Tinh received a complaint from Ms. T, residing in Tran Phu Ward, Ha Tinh City, Ha Tinh Province, accusing Phung Ha Trang (born in 1985), residing in Thach Trung Commune, Ha Tinh City of fraudulent conduct and misappropriation of over 4.5 billion VND.
After receiving the complaint, the Provincial Police of Ha Tinh conducted an investigation to clarify the facts. According to the investigation results, from July 1, 2023, to August 17, 2023, due to the need for money to repay debts to individuals, Phung Ha Trang impersonated an employee of the headquarters of a bank and provided false information in order to fraudulently obtain money from Ms. T.
Currently, the Office of the Provincial Police Investigative Agency of Ha Tinh is continuing to investigate and notifying individuals who are victims of Trang to contact the police agency for resolution.
